If you're dissatisfied, we appreciate it if you discuss it with us so we can try to resolve your concerns. All complaints are handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with the GDPR and the AVG.
If you are not satisfied with the the outcome, you can discuss your complaint with an independent and impartial complaints officer who will work with you to find a solution. The complaints officer may attempt to mediate the complaint. Everything you share with the complaints officer is confidential.
